A Perfect Yamba Retreat
I was eager to explore the stunning Whiting Beach during my visit to Yamba, making my choice of the Aston Motel a natural fit. The motel's proximity to the beach was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to find excellent laundry facilities available, which allowed me to refresh my beach attire after a day by the waves. The area also boasts a vibrant main street, just 400 meters away, with great shops and dining options.
Bathroom space was a bit cramped.

The room was clean and pretty well-kept, with a comfortable king-sized bed that offered a great night's sleep. The setup included a separate sink in the kitchenette area, convenient for quick food prep .
I encountered a shower with poor water pressure that left a lot to be desired. Parking can be a bit tight during busier times, and I noticed limited outdoor seating options which might be an issue for those wanting to unwind outside. The thin walls allowed for some noise bleed from neighboring rooms, a minor annoyance during the night.

The location was marvellous, close to the town centre with easy access to the main shopping center and a supermarket. Being easy walk to Sassafras was nice, we had dinner there.

Very comfortable , and very quiet with its off main road position amongst the trees, yet convenient to attractions in Yamba. The management were very obliging.

I had a good stay at the Aston. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming. My room was tidy and equipped with great facilities, making it easy to prepare light meals instead of always eating out. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep overall. The bathroom, though compact, had a superb shower, and I appreciated the lovely pool and BBQ area nearby. It's also conveniently located a short walk from shops and restaurants.
N/A 😕.

Friendly service from the moment we entered. Booking last minute accomodation for a reasonable price was my object and we were lucky to get rooms at this Motel and yes we would stay again.

Nice big room with a comfy king bed! Bit on the pricey side, and the parking was a bit tight, but overall a great stay, eh?

Friendly staff and fantastic location, close to town and beach but nice and quiet in between a park and nature reserve. We saw wild Kangaroos just metres from the hotel! We liked it so much we came back just a few days later.

clean, peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained facilities
The balcony layout lacks privacy !!! Hearing showers from neighboring rooms is a bit intrusive, especially at midnight!!! A heated spa would have been lovely for some real relaxation!!!
